TiVo is Digital TV
More Free-to-air channels!
If you currently have an analogue television you will notice that you only receive ABC, SBS, Seven, Nine and Ten and not the new digital channels these networks now offer.
If you want to be able to see the digital free to air channels like 7TWO, 7 HD, ABC HD, ABC2, ABC3 (from 4 December), ONE HD, SBS HD, SBS 2 and GO! you don’t have to buy a new TV.
The TiVo media device comes with this capability built in so you will be able to see all these new free-to-air channels no matter what model TV you have. This is because the TiVo media device incorporates a digital set top box into its sleek design. Now that's forward thinking.
Seven, Nine, Ten, ABC and SBS all have a High Definition channel and now there are a number of multi-channels: Ten launched ONE, Nine has announced GO, and Seven has launched 7TWO. These are in addition to ABC2, ABC 3 and SBS2.
The tables on the next pages show the free-to-air digital channels available through your TiVo media device when connected to your rooftop aerial. The channels you can view depend on whether you live in a metropolitan or regional area.
